Booking & Payments
A booking is confirmed only after an agreed deposit or full payment has been received. Prices may vary depending on the type, duration, and location of the photoshoot.
Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session may result in loss of the deposit. In case of bad weather or unexpected circumstances, sessions may be rescheduled.
Delivery
Edited photos will be delivered within the agreed timeframe. Delivery times may vary depending on project size and workload.
Image Usage
All photographs remain the intellectual property of the photographer unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients may use delivered images for personal use and social media with proper credit where applicable.
Editing & Style
By booking a session, the client acknowledges and accepts the photographer’s editing style and creative direction.
Liability
The photographer is not responsible for circumstances beyond control including weather conditions, location restrictions, technical failures, or delays caused by third parties.
